∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the team & monitor the entire operations of Modern Trade & Institutional Sales.
∎ Prepare the modern trade and institutional sales strategy and growth plans in line with business strategy.
∎ Initiate and follow up new business opportunities and lead new business meetings with clients.
∎ Develop business relationships with crucial corporate and institutional figures.
∎ Drive operational efficiency for modern trade and institutional sales channel.
∎ Work within allocated promotional cost and ensure effective spending in driving sales and brand building.
∎ Manage and review sales performance in outlets & different superstores.
∎ Manage accounts receivables, debt collection activities and resolve all long outstanding debts.
∎ Keep an eye on competitors sales & marketing strategies and providing feedback and suggestions accordingly.
∎ Manage the sales cycle effectively and track the activities of the Sales Force.
∎ Increase the existing market coverage to achieve additional market reach as per sales plan.
