Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers' expectations and company's objectives.
∎ Capable of leading and controlling enter merchandising team.
∎ Analyze sales figures, customer's reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges.
∎ Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time- scales.
∎ Maximize company's interest and sales levels.
∎ Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
∎ Preparing job cards and coordinate with the production department to ensure customer's requirements from order to delivery.
∎ Remain up to date with industry's best practices.
∎ Strong listening, presentation and decision making skills.
∎ Monitoring commercial documentation and commercial department.
∎ Closing report against each order.
∎ Any other special assignment from the Management time to time.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
