Maintain high machine availability and production continuity.
Minimize machine breakdowns and unplanned downtime.
Achieve high preventive-maintenance compliance.
Reduce recurring technical problems through RCA.
Optimize engineering manpower and maintenance costs.
Ensure technical reliability of specialized machinery used in knit and lingerie production.
Maintain sewing and specialized machines such as overlock, flatlock, coverstitch, lockstitch, bartack, buttonhole, button attaching, elastic attaching, zigzag, feed-off-the-arm, and other relevant equipment.
Reduce machine breakdowns, maintenance costs, energy consumption, and spare-parts wastage.
Implement standardization of maintenance practices across production areas.
Develop and implement effective Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), and Corrective Maintenance programs.
Monitor machine breakdowns, downtime, MTBF and MTTR and take corrective actions.
Participate in machinery selection, technical evaluation, installation, and commissioning.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with factory safety requirements and applicable statutory standards.
Drive TPM, Kaizen, 5S, Root Cause Analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor electrical systems, generators, compressors, HVAC/AC, boilers, water systems, and other relevant factory utilities as applicable.
Work closely with Production, IE, Quality, Planning, Cutting, Finishing, and other departments to ensure uninterrupted production.
Provide technical support during new style introduction and line setup.
Maintain accurate records of machine breakdowns, maintenance history, spare parts, and service activities.
Prepare annual, monthly, weekly, and daily maintenance plans.
