Job Context:
∎ Handling covered van movement for Import and Export Goods.
∎ Maintain Logistic Fleet of Vehicles Account.
∎ Vehicle maintenance/repair and sustainability.
∎ Discipline of the Covered Van Drivers up to the acceptable standard.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Transport Maintenance with Driver & Helper's discipline.
∎ Staff, Drivers & Helpers are recruited as per the requirement of the Transport Division.
∎ To deliver the report to Management on daily basis.
∎ Maintain good liaison with Police.
∎ To Maintained Inventory, of all spares, and replacement/repair jobs of every vehicle.
∎ To maintain tire, and battery replacement records.
∎ To Maintained Accounts, Operations, Store, and Workshop of the Transport department.
∎ Creativity & Developing work for Transport Division.
∎ Daily, Monthly Income & Expenditure reports are made to Transport Division.
∎ To monitor transport by the VTS Grameen Phone service Tracing software.
∎ Communicate with BRTA for new and renewed papers.
∎ To Maintain accidental issues and Insurance coverage.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work independently with a minimum supervision.
∎ Strong business acumen and exceptional interpersonal and communication skill;
∎ Conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills;
∎ Good communication skill both in written and speaking in English
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office. ERP Knowledge is preferred
