Educational Requirements:
∎ LL.B (Hon's) with LL.M from reputed institution with membership of Advocacy in Bangladesh Bar Council

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiate and pursue legal proceedings as required by the Telecom or ICT Company and other pleadings in commercial/civil/criminal cases both 'for' and 'against' the Telecom or ICT Company.
∎ Advice on statutory compliances such as BTRC, BSEC, RJSC, Bangladesh Bank, DSE and CSE etc.
∎ To draft and/or review legal letters, contracts and agreements and monitor legal obligations under agreements to ensure compliance, as required by the Company from time to time.
∎ To draft, amend, review and/or recommend, modify and deal with the matters related to properties, utilities, certifications, Labour, consumer right, vat, tax and other legal issues by complying with the relevant laws & regulations as applicable to the Company.
∎ To suggest and advise on commercial/civil/criminal matters independently.
∎ To research and prepare legal opinions on various commercial/civil/criminal matters including claims for compensation against the Company independently.
∎ To represent the Company at Arbitration, Judgment and Public Utility Commission's hearings.
∎ Intense knowledge of Bank Company Laws, rules & regulations of Bangladesh.
∎ Other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time
