Responsibilities & Context:

• Lead and manage all IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops, networking, industrial hardware, and security systems.

• Oversee ERP system implementation, upgrades, customization, data accuracy, and reporting.

• Ensure uninterrupted operations of surveillance, attendance, and other critical IT systems.

• Develop and enforce IT policies, cybersecurity protocols, and compliance with audits.

• Collaborate with departments to streamline workflows and align IT/ERP systems with business needs.

• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve productivity and efficiency.

• Manage IT vendors, service agreements, and budgets for cost-effective solutions.

• Lead and mentor the IT team, building technical skills and performance accountability.

• Plan and maintain disaster recovery, data backup, and business continuity measures.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to staff.

• Prepare reports and provide recommendations to senior management for IT and ERP improvements.
