∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in any discipline, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Poultry Science is preferred.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry

Job Context:
∎ Looking For : AGM (Head of Sales-Feed and Sonali Chicks)
∎ The Head of Sales (Feed and Sonali Chicks) will be responsible for all sales and service activities within the assigned Area. This position will also manage the profit-and-loss of the assigned geography and corporate accounts.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop strategic marketing plans for feed and Sonali chicks sales in conjunction with management and works with team in obtaining new market strategy and maintaining existing customers within the region and assists with forecasting as requested.
∎ Translate and execute corporate strategy and sales direction of feed and Sonali chicks sales at the area level. Includes providing strategy and sales direction to team by assigning sales targets, setting objectives, following up and managing pricing and client's programs.
∎ Follow up on late payments for accounts and controls expenditures.
∎ Coach, manage and influence team. Includes performance management, employee development, training, retention and engagement.
∎ Feed and Sonali chicks sales and present technical information to prospect and current clients.
∎ Develop and execute monthly, quarterly and annual area plans to achieve sales goals, modifying as necessary.
∎ Maintains and updates market intelligence and competitive activities within the region in order to identify strength and opportunities for existing and new products, making recommendations for new product development based on significant customer and market demand or need.
∎ Helps establish pricing and approve / renegotiate any change in Price, Discount, Credit etc.
∎ Monitor feed performance compare FCR of company vice-versa meaning Competitors brands.
∎ Coordinate with nutritionist to rectify any Quality complaints and new product ideas and product launches, specifically marketing portion of New Product Planning Manuals.
∎ Report sales and financial performances to the GM, COO and Executive leadership team.
∎ Prepares a monthly marketing activity report and attend at monthly management meetings.
