Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Labor Counseling, Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Inspection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Sweater Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To meet the objectives and targets of the customer's quality.
∎ Setting quality standards of the factory for customer's requirements and guidance for each department and process.
∎ Working experience in handling pre-production meeting, pre-production quality assurance, line layout; In-line production quality control, final Inspection with all aspect of quality assurance.
∎ Experience in washing process is a must.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in various yarns quality.
∎ Should have knowledge on computers to prepare inline & final inspection reports.
∎ Analyze inspection reports to identify sources of quality problems and take necessary counter measures to improve future results.
∎ Coordinate with factory production team, merchandising team & all relevant staffs.
∎ Provide quality guideline & technical advises to production team
∎ Conduct Pre Production (PP) Meeting, Inline Inspection, Pre Final & Final Random Inspection (FRI)
∎ Monitor production closely and provide technical support when needed to ensure the final products meet with customer quality requirement
∎ Prepare & maintain technical reports at every stag
∎ To establish and oversee all quality control procedures for the sweater factory
∎ To analysis the root cause of quality problem in production process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 15 to 20 years in any sweater factory
∎ Technical Knowledge about technical audit is must.
∎ Excellent Communication in both Bangla and English.
