Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation / Post Graduation in any discipline from any recognized institute.
∎ Education qualification may be relaxed for experienced candidates.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have strong knowledge on woven, denim, and non-denim products specially for SHIRTS & LADIES BLOUSE/ DRESS.
∎ Have to provide satisfaction and value for the customers by contributing quality production.
∎ Have to facilitate productivity and quality standards in the production process.
∎ Have to clear understanding about costs effectiveness, lose time or materials in the production process.
∎ Have to be pro-active in all the way of production to meet delivery schedule.
∎ Have idea and respect on compliance issues for buyer's as well as factory management's satisfaction.
∎ Have inter-personal communication skill and mindset to tie up the whole team to achieve ultimate goal.
∎ Capable to achieve productivity as per set target & guide his team to develop the mind set/ get out- put accordingly.
∎ Familiar to work with IE & Planning dept.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3-4 years experience in same position
∎ Strong English written and oral communication skills.
∎ Strong Analytical skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Leadership and team management skills.
∎ Candidate should be prepared for long working hours.
