Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance
∎ Preferably Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Cost Management from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Financial Analysis, Financial Management, Financial Reporting, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall activities of financial planning, controlling, coordinating and supervising the finance related activities.
∎ Prepare cash flow statement, financial forecasting/projection and monthly, quarterly & yearly financial statements.
∎ Arrange debt financing against capital expenditure & working capital according to the business plan of the company.
∎ Communicate, maintain & develop in-depth relationships with banks & financial institutions.
∎ Ensure internal control and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements & aspects.
∎ Participate in meetings, conferences, workshops, and discussions with the investment community.
∎ Ensuring Compliance with Bangladesh Bank and Bangladesh Investment Development Authority guidelines, circulars, and policies.
∎ Responsible for group's fund management and disbursement.
∎ Searching new avenues of financing.

∎ Age 40 to 50 years
