∎ BBA or MBA degree holder, preferably specialize in Retail Management, E-commerce or Marketing.
∎ Certifications in E-commerce Platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), Digital Marketing, or Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) are advantageous, and proficient in tools such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, and ERP/CRM systems.
∎ Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working alongside marketing, IT, logistics, and customer service teams.
∎ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns, conversions, and overall performance.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily operations across all e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless order processing, customer service, and logistics coordination.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales performance, website traffic, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and improve conversion rates.
∎ Lead merchandising efforts, including product uploads, listing accuracy, and pricing updates in line with marketing campaigns.
∎ Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to plan and execute promotions, launches, and retargeting strategies.
∎ Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on KPIs, highlighting successes, issues, and strategic insights for leadership.
∎ Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure stock availability and timely replenishment across all channels.
∎ Track competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge and inform strategic decisions.
∎ Contribute to annual planning, including sales forecasting, budgeting, and the integration of new e-commerce platforms.
∎ Build strong relationships with external partners such as logistics providers, marketplaces, and tech vendors.
