∎ The incumbent will be accountable for Sales affairs of different types of trading items like Coal, Stone chips etc. and other items according to business strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for fully driving and leading all sales and revenue recovery activities for the Trading Business (Coal & Stone Chips).
∎ Create, and execute sales & marketing strategies and excel portfolio as assigned.
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
∎ Oversee sales and marketing activities to achieve revenue goals.
∎ Networks with and develop strong working relationships with existing and potential client base, including high level government/ Semi-Govt. authorities.
∎ Negotiates variations in price, delivery and specifications with customers and communicates those internally to the functions.
∎ Respond to escalated customer complaints and offered solution promptly.
∎ Deploy successful marketing campaigns in relation to trading business.
∎ Able to direct and monitor the team's performance and ensure staff development initiatives.
∎ Prepare & present sales, revenue and expenses reports according to the forecasts to Management.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have minimum eight (08) years' experience in sales and marketing of Trading Business.
∎ Strong business sense and industry expertise.
∎ Exceptional Convincing & Negotiation ability.
∎ Smart, Young, Dynamic, result-oriented and self-driven.
∎ Able to work under pressure and handle multitasking activities.
∎ Standard and regular computer proficiencies.
