Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate in making plans for developing real estate business and achieving short- and long-term goals in the apartment business.
∎ Achieve the company's sales target monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly.
∎ Achieving individual sales targets as approved by the management.
∎ Initiate action plan to identify potential market along with new sales opportunities.
∎ Identify and establish contact with potential customers & maintain a seamless good relationship with them.
∎ Ensure and maintain proper records keeping of all sales activities and reporting the updates to management.
∎ To deal with clients and ensure sending projects information within the quickest time.
∎ Ensure team sales activities by the implementation of daily/weekly/quarterly/monthly action plan and evaluate with top management.
∎ Use leadership techniques to motivate and develop the Sales team identify the training needs of the associates and implement training programs to increase efficiency.
∎ To participate in any other activities when required as part of management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills and good public relations.
∎ Able to convince potential clients in an effective manner.
∎ Conversant with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentation and email communication.
∎ Should have a positive attitude, smart, work under pressure, result-oriented, quick learner, ability to work & lead in a team and ability to multi-task and manage multiple deliverables.
∎ Strong communication skills in English & Bangla both, corporate sales and marketing, team leading.
∎ Public universities will get preference
Salary: Negotiable
