Architecture Firm, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as a coordinator of the design team with a foreign and local consultants.
∎ Organize a working team for site survey and give them directions.
∎ Monitoring drawing process based on field measurement & Good knowledge of FAR calculation.
∎ Prepare detail drawing with the help of a draftsman.
∎ Top supervision of all concern projects & perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
∎ Expert in presentation skills. Sufficient knowledge about interior design and Furniture is necessary.
∎ Experience in Developments Costing, analysis and budgeting for interior projects.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior Design & Drawing.
∎ Prepare presentation/ technical proposal/ sample board to respective clients for approval.
∎ Detailing of any Layout/Design for proper Estimation as well as execution.
∎ Any other task assigns as when required by management.
∎ Capable of Home, Office, Hotel, Shop, and Restaurant Design with full working drawing.
∎ Coordinate with construction team for design, drawing and work status purposes.
∎ Visit the project each month for troubleshooting.
∎ Communicate with contractors and construction workers to implement Architectural designs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ AutoCAD
∎ Sketch-up/3D Studio Max with Real-time rendering skills, Photoshop, Corel Draw or any other post-production software.
Salary: Negotiable
