∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Architectural consulting firm, Developer Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as a coordinator of design team with foreign and local consultant.
∎ Develop a complete set of Tender Documentation including full coordinated drawings, schedules, and technical material specifications.
∎ Develop a complete set of construction permit documentation for submission.
∎ Design workshop with all other design team/consultants, operator, and client team.
∎ Monitoring drawing process based on field measurement & Good knowledge on FAR calculation.
∎ Prepare detail drawing with the help of draftsman.
∎ Top supervision of all concern projects & perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
∎ Expert in presentation skills. Sufficient knowledge about interior design and Furniture is necessary.
∎ Experience in Developments Costing, analysis and budgeting for interior Project.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior Design & Drawing.
∎ Prepare presentation/ technical proposal/ sample board to respective clients for approval.
∎ Detailing of any Layout/Design for proper Estimation as well as execution.
∎ Capable on Home, Office, Hotel, Shop, Restaurant Design with full working drawing.
∎ Coordinate with construction team for design, drawing and work status purpose.
∎ Visit project each month for troubleshooting.
∎ Communicate with contractors and construction workers to implement Architectural designs.
∎ Any other task assigns as when required by management.
