Responsibilities & Context:
Sajeeb Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced "AGM/ DGM- Sales (Food & Beverage)" to lead one of our two local sales groups.
Responsibilities:
To Lead and oversee sales groups, taking full responsibility for achieving sales targets and operational efficiency.
Planning, developing, implementing, monitoring, controlling, reviewing and reporting overall activities of the assign Sales Group as per management requirements.
Identifying sales opportunities and reaching out to new clients.
Achieving the sales target.
Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets.
Monitor the monthly sales performance of all zones, and take necessary action in case of deviations from the target.
Distribute the daily sales target and achieve it.
Assigning, coaching, and motivating sales staff.
Movement scheduling of sales staff and monitoring their movement.
Counseling and disciplining sales staff in the assigned group.
Visit the dealer point when required.
