∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from a renowned university with excellent academic results preferably BUTEX
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Production Management (Washing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Washing Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordinate with merchandisers on first bulk Approval & delivery according to schedule
∎ Analyze washing processes and provide SOP guideline for laundries to control of Wet/Dry processes for execute on bulk production.
∎ Finalize base wash counter, PP, recipe fix up, Final washes, define risk analysis with the team with different issues,
∎ Production planning.
∎ Follow up Shade band sample and production with personal responsibility.
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of machine, materials and manpower.
∎ Coordinate with higher management & implements the policy for the betterment of the Production department.
∎ Having experience to work with foreign technicians.
∎ Production cost control.
∎ Having good knowledge about Washing, Garments Dyeing (Over Dyeing) & Dry process (Resin) chemicals.
∎ Having Good experience about ozone treatment & LID(Low impact Denim).
∎ Follow up and monitor the Production schedule and action plan to ensure deadlines are met.
∎ Track laundry processes on chemicals application, liquor ratio, washer temperature, cycle length, in compliance to wash recipe set.
∎ Support communications and facilitate of issues resolution during bulk production with merchandising and quality management
∎ Responsible for the training and development of team members
∎ Follow inventory control procedures and guidelines
∎ Follow SOP operational policy and procedures
∎ Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping with proper PPE.
∎ Ability to manage time effectively while meeting all job responsibilities
∎ Check Product quality throughout the day to maintain proper productivity.
∎ Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
∎ Must be able to take direction and delegate responsibilities
∎ Ability to work in a fast paced environment
∎ Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
∎ Follow up the Shipment dates/ Responsible for Shipment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent academic result
∎ Fluent in English
∎ Good computer skills
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills
∎ Creative and dynamic candidates with leadership skills
