• Develop and maintain BOQs for all Real estate projects in the company as per local building codes and regulations.

• Lead and manage the team of BOQs, Estimations, and Rate Analysis.

• Analyze labor and material costs, equipment costs, and other related costs

• Liaise with the project management team to ensure the accuracy of BOQs, estimates, and rate analysis.

• Negotiate with vendors and contractors to obtain the best possible rates for materials, labor, and equipment.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors

• Participate in internal and external meetings related to BOQs, Estimations, and Rate Analysis
