∎ Post for AGM/ DGMNumber of vacancy :4EducationBachelor/HonorsExperienceAt least 2 yearsThe applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Local purchase, FMCG items, Raw products,Agro products, etc.Additional RequirementsAge at least 24 yearsResponsibilities and dutiesProcurement analysis and purchase.Ability to purchase as credit policy.Must have a monthly target.Research potential vendors·Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing·Issue PO to respective supplier, follow up orders and ensure timely delivery·Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal database·Maintain and update records of purchased products and delivery information·Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis·Coordinate with staffs to ensure proper storage.Collect purchase orders and purchase requisitions from the concerned department and proceed with the order placement to meet the requirement on time.Prepare comparative statement and take approval from management to finalize the purchase orders with suppliers.Visit market frequently and source products, raw materials and suppliers regularly.Prepare different types of reports as and when required.
