Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com / MBA (Accounting) from any public/ reputed private Universities with good academic record.
∎ All through in commerce background.

∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Will work as AGM/DGM, Faridpur office in an appropriate department.
∎ Be responsible to managing company’s accounting activities and maintaining the records.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
∎ Preparation of profit/loss accounts
∎ Preparation of cash flow statement
∎ Preparation of reconciliation statement of bank accounts and transaction with other business body
∎ Stock tracking and preparation of inventory statements
∎ Maintenance of financial records
∎ Preparation of budget and financial facilities
∎ Capacity to handle independently all affairs of accounts department
∎ Financial reporting-weekly, monthly quarterly, half yearly, yearly and as per requirement of management
∎ Work as a team leader and supervision of the work of subordinates
∎ Handling of Tax, Vat issues
∎ Analyze financial statements and budgeting
∎ Handling of Commercial /export documents
∎ Perform any other task as assigned by Management authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 60 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 12 to 15 years in accounting and finance
∎ Must have good working knowledge in IT/ ERP/ Tally and work independently.
∎ Good knowledge on computer ( MS word and Excel)
∎ Retired Banker is preferable.
∎ Maximum Age is 60 years for the position of AGM in case of Retired Bankers.
∎ For the post of AGM, Retired Banker is preferable
∎ Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles
∎ Knowledge of applicable laws (VAT laws and Taxes rules), code and regulations.
∎ Knowledge and experience of related computer applications
∎ Knowledge of Tally Software is a must.
∎ Strong communication skills
∎ Problem analysis
∎ Supervisory/managerial skills
∎ Stress tolerance
∎ Accounting Experience in paribahan Sectors.
