Responsibilities & Context:
Financial Management: Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports, such as trial balances, profit and loss (P&L) statements, and balance sheets.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, conduct financial forecasting, and monitor expenditures to ensure efficient use of funds.
Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Manage internal and external audits and handle tax and VAT-related matters.
System Management: Implement and maintain accounting software and ERP systems.
Team Leadership: Lead and supervise the accounting team, providing training and guidance.
Cash Flow Management: Analyze cash flow and manage banking activities to ensure liquidity.
Educational Qualifications
Supervise the operation of Finance & Accounts functionalities of the Group.
Preparation and submission of required returns to NBR, Customs & Bangladesh Bank etc.
