Responsibilities & Context:
As an Agent, your primary responsibilities will include managing queries on various social media platforms for reputed brands.
- Query Management in different social media platforms for reputed brands.
- Provide updated information to the customers through non-voice channels.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
- Should have the capability to ensure quality customer service.
- Must be knowledgeable about Facebook (social media), email & web chat.
- Assists customers effectively by solving customer Complaints.
- Provides customers additional information or explains service.
