• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
• Fluent English + Bengali
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working remotely and independently in a target-driven environment

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow affiliate partnerships in assigned regions
• Build and lead a local affiliate team
• Set up and develop the affiliate marketing structure in target markets
• Oversee affiliate accounts and ensure ongoing performance optimization
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive player acquisition and sales through affiliate channels
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns to increase revenue and player retention
