Friends in Village Development Bangladesh (FIVDB) is going to implementing the GFFO funded Project under its Humanitarian Preparedness and Response Program, Cox's Bazar with the support of Welthungerhilfe. Project duration- 31 August 2026 (to be extended subject to the provision of project extension afterward). The position will be recruited for implementing the project based at the Field Office at Teknaf with substantial field activities at different camps and host communities at Teknaf. The job may be regularized after the completion of 3 months of services under FIVDB. The incumbent is responsible for the delivery and management of technical expertise, ensuring high quality and timely inputs, and for ensuring the standard of project activities and its strategic vision for attaining project objectives and goals result in the achievement of its intended outputs in a cost-effective and timely manner. S/he will support GFFO Project management in his/her capacity in the areas of coordination and collaboration to replicate best practices of the project which include planning, meeting, liaison, collaboration and consultation with relevant GOB departments at district- and upazila-level. S/he will work in close coordination with the technical partners and program leads to in support of implementing their replication plans and relevant activities. This position will ensure quality services to internal and external stakeholders in line with the project’s SOP and other Policies and Procedures.

• Support the program lead in proper advocacy and collaboration with different line departments of government stakeholders including administration.
• Ensuring the replication of project implementation as per the plans & guidelines.
• Work as communication Hub in between Project and FIVDB management and relevant public-private stakeholder.
• Provide support project lead to building effective liaison and collaboration among government line departments
• Provide support/organize consultative workshop, meeting, and any other event in line with project interventions.
• Conduct regular field visit to field level as per need and as well as provide support to GoB and relevant stakeholders in implantation.
• Establish effective networks with district and upazila level government departments, NGOs and other like-minded development organizations, and facilitate/re-activate existing coordination platforms to ensure effective delivery of programme interventions in a coordinated and coherent manner.
• Attend district and upazila level coordination meeting organize by different departments when required.
• Represent Project team in monthly/quarterly NGO coordination meetings organized by govt stakeholders.
• Proactively identify the opportunities for cross learning sharing experiences among the geographical areas.
• Support in documentation and reporting requirements for donor compliance
• Assist in report preperaion of field implementation as and when required.
• Ready to work in any natural disaster or emergency situation anywhere in Bangladesh.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
