Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)
∎ Post graduation degree in social science or relevant subject.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement approaches/model/tools that contribute to competency development and integration of advocacy which contribute to positive changes among people's behavior towards ending violence against children and against unjust local and national policies and practices.
∎ Ensure equipping Field staff, programs/projects, with required skills knowledge tools and Partners in building capacity to design and implement Advocacy and social accountability initiatives at all level
∎ Oversight and ensure the process, monitoring of Social accountability and produce necessary reports of Social Accountability component of World Vision Bangladesh
∎ Overall responsibility for gender mainstreaming in program implementation.
∎ Pro-actively engage with key policy makers, Divisional and District level decision makers and service providers, Donor, partners, faith leaders, children's, youths and media to enhance World Vision's credibility and influence changes of policy aligned with technical programs and practice at Regional Level
∎ Develop, maintain a sustainable collaboration/network/coalition with agencies, UN, I/NGOs, Forums, Clusters, Alliances, Policy makers, Policy influencers, local Govt. officials, NGO platforms, CBO, UNDC, VDC, Youth Forum/club/net, Child Forum/club to improve service delivery to ensure child well being.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years experiences in relevant field
∎ Must have relevant knowledge and skills on Advocacy, Social accountability & Gender
∎ Ability to drive motorbike with valid driving license
∎ Ability to work in different target groups, specially Child Labor
∎ Very good oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali
∎ Ability to work in a team
∎ Work under pressure and can take additional responsibilities
∎ Basic computer literacy using of Microsoft Word, MS Excel , MS Power Point & email access
∎ Must live in Project Area and 40% fieldwork is expected.
∎ Ready to accept the challenges and cope with the changes
∎ This role will work directly with Project Manager and under the direct supervision of project as project team member.

Salary: Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)

∎ Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays, T/A, Provident fund, Gratuity
∎ Festival Bonus: 1
