∎ FCA, FCMA
∎ University of Dhaka,University of Chittagong,Jahangirnagar University students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Financial planning and business forecast for the Group
∎ Feasibility studies for the new companies
∎ Maintain good relationships with banks and financial institutions
∎ To oversee Group tax and vat payment
∎ Cost analysis for all units of the Group
∎ Control the legal side of the Group
∎ Attend all the board meetings
∎ Develop and update financial policies, procedures, and guidelines for the Group
∎ Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the Group

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 15 years of overall professional experience; ideally 5+ years of broad financial and operations management experience.
∎ The ideal candidate has experience in final responsibility for the quality and content of all financial data, reporting, and audit coordination for either a division or significant project area including taxation/VAT matters in Bangladesh.
