Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/Masters in Commerce/Management or any other subject from a Public University, preferably from the University of Dhaka / Rajshahi / Chittagong / Khulna.
∎ Candidate from BTRC (Retired Director) or retired Secretary of BTRC will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): BTRC regulations

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, organizing and leading a Team related to BTRC, BMPIA and others alike.
∎ To study, find and comply with all relevant issues of BTRC, BMPIA and others alike.
∎ To liaison with all Government Agencies including BTRC, BMPIA and others alike.
∎ To make all correspondences with BTRC, BMPIA and others alike.
∎ To maintain BTRC & BMPIA Files and relevant documents properly.
∎ To advise the competent authority of the Company if there is any urgent issue of BTRC, BMPIA and others alike.
∎ Other jobs & responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working Experience in BTRC and BMPIA Management.
∎ Ability to plan and undertake multi-tasks effectively.
∎ To have the capacity to work logically and systematically.
∎ To have the capacity to ensure good time management and work with a Team.
∎ To be realistic and prompt to take decision and solve problems independently.
∎ To have excellent communication & presentation skills both in Bengali and English.
∎ To be able to negotiate and use analytical skills.
∎ To have a positive attitude towards continued learning & development.
