Experience:
Be knowledgeable of department programs, activities, and policies as well as facility issues and announcements.
Attend mandatory staff meetings and training.
Manage and maintain the overall administrative functions of the EMK Center.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
Oversee office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
Maintain proper record-keeping and filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Assist in developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures.
Act as the primary point of contact for government offices, ministries, and regulatory bodies.
Communicate with government officials on behalf of the EMK Center and ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations.
Facilitate necessary documentation and paperwork required by government authorities.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure a smooth transition of equipment and assets.
Assist in addressing any logistical challenges related to the relocation.
Collaborate with the finance department to process invoices, payments, and administrative expenses.
Maintain accurate financial records and assist in budget monitoring and reporting.
Support other team members in various administrative tasks as required.
Facilitate internal communications and ensure information flow within the organization.
Assist in organizing staff training programs and workshops.
