Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide administrative support to the finance department, including document management and data entry.
∎ Assist in the preparation and organization of financial reports and documents.
∎ Liaise with mortgage lenders, banks, and real estate professionals as needed.
∎ Handle confidential financial information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
∎ Help manage financial records, invoices, and expenses.
∎ Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, answering phone calls,
∎ and coordinating travel arrangements.
∎ Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the finance

∎ Perform other administrative duties as required.
