Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in administration, procurement, and logistics in development or humanitarian organizations.
Experience working in field operations, ideally in the Chittagong Hill Tracts or other remote, multicultural environments.
Demonstrated familiarity with NGO procurement and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to manage vendors, logistics, and multi-site operations.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Admin and Logistics Officer will play a central role in ensuring the smooth operational functioning of the Project. This position is responsible for providing administrative, logistical, and procurement support to project teams across the three hill districts, ensuring compliance with Helen Keller Intl’s operational standards and policies.
The incumbent will support field-level operations, including asset management, procurement coordination, inventory control, travel and event logistics, and partner support functions. The position will report directly to the Operations Manager and work closely with finance, procurement, HR, and field implementation teams.
