∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Administration, HR and Admin, Operational Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, Engineering Firms, Importer, IT Enabled Service, Trading or Export/Import

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced and motivated Officer-Admin /Officer-Admin & Accounts for our admin team. As an admin professional, you will be responsible for Administrative work implementing & monitoring day-to-day Administrative work effectively & smartly.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ HR & Admin routine works, maintaining discipline & administration of the company.
∎ Responsibility of Office Administration & Accounts.
∎ Ensure General HR & Administration functions as per company policy.
∎ Ensure all kinds of administrative & legal affairs-related activities of the organization.
∎ To be responsible for office inventory and store management.
∎ Implement security policies, regulations, rules & norms and make sure that the environment of the company is safe for employers, employees, and visitors.
∎ Responsible for Recruitment & Selection, Placement, Training & Development, Attendance & Salary Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Leave Management, Separation.
∎ Should have a huge number of workers/manpower handling skill
∎ Entire Admin activities and keep monitoring of security & other issues
∎ Control and supervise the whole Office staff, and logistic support including security & safety of day-to-day operation.
∎ Sound knowledge in Reporting, Analysis, Decision making, issues facing & resolving skill
∎ Preparing tax and VAT files of daily accounts, monthly accounts, and annual accounts.
∎ Drafting office notes, memos, office orders & circulars relating to HR & Administrative issues.
∎ Ensuring smooth relationships between management and staff & workers.
∎ Paying various office bills and performing bank-related work on time.
∎ Must be honest and have the mindset to extra hard work
∎ Managing day-to-day administrative work.
∎ Supervise the daily operation and maintenance of securities, and vehicles.
∎ Posting Bills and checking various payment bills both inwards and outwards.
∎ Monitoring office cleaners to ensure proper cleanliness of office premises.
∎ Managing local government offices (Trade license, Fire License, Police station, permission, etc.
∎ Conducting analysis and preparing different reports.
∎ Any other administrative work assigned by the management.
∎ Experience in Office Administration & Accounting & prefer working experience office Managerial work.
∎ Computer skills are essential- especially MS-Excel, MS-Word, PowerPoint, and e-mail
∎ coordinating with immediate supervisor and other departments.
∎ Sound knowledge of computers & command of English
∎ Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets
∎ Must have the attitude to work more than 8 hours in the office.
∎ Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
∎ Excellent time management skills
∎ Solid organizational skills
∎ Good communication knowledge
∎ Time & Team management skills.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 36 years
∎ Office Shift: 9am - 6pm
∎ Weekend: Saturday
∎ Permanent Position: After 3 months
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills, Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Bangla typing is mandatory.
∎ Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ If the mentioned salary range is not a good fit for you, please skip this job. You are requested not to apply if your expectation is higher than the mentioned range. Again, if your expectation is 20001 BDT as a starting salary, please don’t apply for this position. The job will be made permanent after 3 months of satisfactory performance in the job. After making the job permanent, the bonus will be paid equal to the basic salary on 2 Eids and the salary will be increased.
