Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a versatile and organized individual to fill the role of Accounts/Office Administrator. This position will be responsible for managing both accounting tasks and general office administration duties.
∎ The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. The role requires the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently and to communicate effectively with both internal team members and external stakeholders.
∎ Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and reconciliation.
∎ Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial reports. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve billing and payment inquiries. Process payroll and ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
∎ Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
