- Must have experience in Accounts Software related work such as data posting & Tally.
- Typing skill in both Bangla and English
Responsibilities & Context:
- VAT & Tax return related works
- Correspondence with client & vendor regarding all things related with VAT & Tax
- Maintain VAT Book and other necessary documents as per VAT Act.
- Maintaining all VDS and TDS calculation & submitting as per Govt. law.
- Ensure daily accounting transactions are being properly done.
- Prepare and posting of all types of Vouchers.
- Petty Cash monitoring and disbursement.
- Updating the books of accounts on a regular basis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally Software.
- Prepare Challan (eTDS) for Bank Deposit
- Prepare monthly VAT return & submit with necessary required documents
- Prepare, examine and analyze bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy.
- To carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
