Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare all kinds of voucher & Handling office petty cash.
∎ Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.
∎ Experience on Tally & Payroll software is must.
∎ Check and verify all kinds of bill for ensuring the accurate accounting transaction.
∎ Prepare Daily company Accounts Sheet.
∎ Prepare monthly Receipts and Payments Statement.
∎ Preparing monthly salary sheets, Overtime Sheet, Increment Sheet, and Bonus Sheet etc.
∎ Face Audit Tax & VAT personnel and produce require documents.
∎ Ensure Tax and VAT deduction at sources as per income Tax ordinance & VAT Act.
∎ Filing Income Tax Return and withholding Tax Return and submit it to authority.
∎ Review all financial records, systems and control process of the company as per accounting standards and prevailing Taxes laws.
∎ Maintain liaison with Govt. Office for working Tax & VAT related Assessment.
∎ Carry out stock taking at the end of each month and at the end of financial year.
∎ RJSC related works like company formation, share transfer, allotment and filling annual return.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Hands-on experience with accounting software.
∎ Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets).
∎ Good organizational and time-management abilities.
∎ Should have Knowledge on Tax (VAT/Customs Duty/Income Tax).
∎ Applicants having work experience with Chinese company or companies under EPZ will get preference.
∎ Applicants from Rangpur region will get preference.
