∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Strong technical knowledge of die casting process and materials (zinc, aluminum, magnesium).
∎ Understanding of die/mold setup, machine calibration, and safety protocols.
∎ Ability to identify and resolve casting defects (porosity, flash, cold shut, etc.).
∎ Good analytical, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operate and monitor die casting machines (hot chamber or cold chamber).
∎ Set up dies and adjust machine parameters to ensure proper casting quality.
∎ Troubleshoot machine and process-related issues to minimize downtime.
∎ Inspect die cast parts for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
∎ Conduct routine maintenance and assist in die/mold changes.
∎ Collaborate with the quality assurance and maintenance teams.
∎ Maintain daily production logs and process data records.
∎ Participate in process improvements and efficiency projects.
