∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Engineering
∎ Lean Manufacturing, Quality Management, Training and Development.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Fluency in English speaking, reading and writing as well.
∎ Self-Motivated, pro-active and result oriented team player.
∎ Dynamic and good personality and ready to work under pressure.
∎ Leading and controlling capabilities with leadership skills
∎ Well conversant in Office- software (MS Word, excel, power point etc.)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work Study & Time Study:
∎ Assist in conducting time-motion studies on the production floor.
∎ Collect and analyze data to set Standard Minute Values (SMV) for operations.
∎ Line Balancing:
∎ Support in analyzing and planning the line layout for better efficiency.
∎ Help identify bottlenecks and balance workload among operators.
∎ Production Analysis:
∎ Monitor daily production and efficiency reports.
∎ Help prepare performance reports and productivity charts.
∎ Method Improvement:
∎ Observe operations and suggest improved methods to reduce motion and time.
∎ Assist in implementing lean manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, etc.).
∎ Capacity Study:
∎ Help assess machine and manpower capacity planning based on buyer requirements.
∎ Report Preparation:
∎ Support in preparing weekly/monthly reports for the IE department.
∎ Maintain records of line performance, SMV changes, etc.
