Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Technical training in Plasting injection molding machine maintenance and operations is preferred.

∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Hands-on experience with injection molding machines.
∎ Strong mechanical and technical skills.
∎ Knowledge of mold design and process parameters.
∎ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
∎ Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
∎ Team player with effective communication skills.
∎ Ability to work in shifts (Day and Night) and under pressure.
∎ Physically fit and hardworking.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain plastic injection molding machines.
∎ Set up molds and ensure accurate mold installation and removal.
∎ Monitor machine parameters and optimize production efficiency.
∎ Identify defects in molded products and take corrective action.
∎ Perform routine maintenance and repairs to prevent downtime.
∎ Work closely with quality control to ensure product standards are met.
∎ Maintain documentation related to machine operations and maintenance.
∎ Implement continuous improvement initiatives for process and cycle time reduction.
