Job Context: "We are seeking a suitable candidate with experience as an Accounts Officer in a Spinning Mill."

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Maintain factory-based financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including data entry for accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger specific to the factory`s operations.

  • Process and manage invoices, payments, and factory-related financial transactions.

  • Reconcile factory-specific Accounts and manage petty cash for factory operations.

  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for factory management.

  • Monitor factory expenses and control factory budgets to prevent overspending.

  • Coordinate with the finance department at the head office to ensure accurate reporting and smooth operations.

  • Handle factory VAT, tax issues, and compliance with Bangladesh financial regulations specific to factory operations.

  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and data for the factory.

  • Assist in inventory and cost management processes related to the factory`s financial activities.

Location: Moikoly, Rupganj, Narayanganj, Bangladesh
