∎ Age 26 to 36 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Data & voucher entry.
∎ Preparation of bill and vouchers for payment and entering the transactions into subsidiary ledgers.
∎ Manage daily billing transactions. Prepare annual financial report/Balance sheet.
∎ Provides financial information to management by collecting information and accounting data with preparing reports by compiling information, preparing profit and loss statements, Balance Sheet and utilizing appropriate accounting control procedures.
∎ Monitor and coordinate entire activities of Surgical store, accounting and finance.
∎ Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
∎ Ensure store management: Update stock, inventory, short listing and monthly report have to submit on time.
∎ Should be capable of prepare of accounts statement, finalization of accounts, trial balance, balance sheet.
∎ Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
∎ Carry out any other task assigned from time to time by the Management.
