Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
∎ Must be a commerce graduate with sound knowledge of Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily transaction. Make journal entries & posting in ERP software regular basis.
∎ Prepare Bank incitation statements. Bank related all work.
∎ Ensure all financial transactions, including bills, receipts and payments are recorded in time in the ledger.
∎ Ensure on-time and appropriate record keeping of all transactions.
∎ Check & verify all transactions before entry in the ledger; check money receipt, bills, vouchers, daily expenses, etc.
∎ Ensure that ledgers and bank statements are Reconciled on regular basis.
∎ Ensure that all financial records are maintained according to company requirements including bank receipts.
∎ Regular, Weekly & Monthly reports with periodical analytical reports to Management.
∎ Prepare daily balance; approve requisition summary, and disbursement note.
∎ Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Honest, sincere and dedicated candidate required to manage sales accounts and maintain stock/inventory.
