গ্রামীণ শক্তি সামাজিক ব্যবসা লিঃ এর হিসাব বিভাগ-এ নি উল্লেখিত পদে জনবল নিয়োগ করা হবে।
Responsibilities
প্রতিষ্ঠনের নবীন পুঁজি বিনিয়োগ কর্মসূচির শাখা সমূহের নিরীক্ষা পরিচালনা এবং প্রতিবেদন তৈরী করা।
সকল প্রকার বিল ভাউচার,ক্যাশ বুক, লেজার বুক, ব্যাংক হিসাব বই এবং সকল প্রকার রেজিষ্টার বই হালনাগাদ রাখা।
সকল প্রকার আর্থিক লেনদেন (ব্যাংক ও নগদ) করা ও সংস্থার নিয়মানুযায়ী তহবিল ব্যবস্থাপনা করা ও একাউন্টস প্রস্তুত কর।
মাসিক, ত্রৈমাসিক ও বাৎসরিক ফিন্যান্সিয়াল রিপোর্ট সঠিকভাবে প্রস্তুত করা।।
ট্যাক্স ও ভ্যাট সংক্রান্ত কার্যক্রম।
অডিট ও পরিদর্শন আপত্তি/ পর্যবেক্ষনসমূহ আপডেট নিস্পত্তি করা।
বাজেট প্রস্তুত করা।
বিনিয়োগ কর্মসূচির সকল কাজ সম্পাদন করা।
সকল প্রকার আর্থিক রিপোর্ট ভাউচার এবং ক্যাশ বহি সমূহের যথাযথ নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করা।
সংস্থার ফিন্যান্সিয়াল সফটওয়্যার এ ডাটা ইনপুট করা।
প্রকিউরমেন্ট, চুক্তি ব্যবস্থাপনা ও সেবার গুণগতমান নিশ্চিত করা।
সময় সময় কর্তৃপক্ষ প্রদত্ত অন্যান্য দায়িত্ব পালন করা।
Job Other Benifits:
After successfully completion of probation period Tk.36,300.
Accounts Officer Tk.26,300 (Monthly) during the probation period (Six Months).
