Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounts, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounts / finance
∎ Candidates having Professional Certification will get added advantages.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Internal Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Interior Design, Furniture Manufacturer, Developer, Engineering Firms, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records of daily financial transactions and preparing of accounting statements.
∎ Prepare vouchers
∎ Prepare and maintain requisition slips & bills
∎ Maintain Cash Book, to keeps records of day to day expenditures and closing cash books on daily basis.
∎ Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements.
∎ Support Finance Coordinator to facilitate audit activities.
∎ Preparing vouchers.
∎ Petty Cash Maintenance.
∎ Perform any other responsibilities assigned by authority time to time.
∎ Visit Project Site to ensure all submitted bills are correct.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have better knowledge in Tally ERP Software.
∎ Computer literacy is must (ie, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point)
∎ Must be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task.
∎ Must have Advance understanding about accounting software Tally
∎ Highly professional and self motivated.
∎ Good Command in English and Bangla (speaking, reading, writing)
∎ Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
∎ Ability to work under stressed environment is required.
∎ Should be well-groomed cordial and capable of working independently.
Salary: Negotiable
