Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. Essential
∎ Masters degree in Commerce or Management. Preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensured Limited Risk in integrated Audit.
∎ Support Internal, External, Donner & Govt. Audit team and provide document based on requirements.
∎ All voucher and supporting document check as per policy before Payment.
∎ Prepared and submit monthly Bank Reconciliation.
∎ Ensure periodic backup as per requirement.
∎ 100% of vouchers are maintained according to the policy and procedure.
∎ Data entry and data back up done according to the schedule.
∎ Prepared and submitted Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Annual Project Financial Reports according to the schedule to National Office and other stakeholders.
∎ Prepared Project wise variance explanations every month in consultation with Finance Manager.
∎ Monthly PBAS reconciliation in consultation with Finance officer and Grants Finance.
∎ No incident of misappropriation, forgery, theft took place during the reporting period.
∎ Monitor and maintain weekly Aging analysis and submit report to Finance officer.
∎ Assists to Support Service for Conducted annual assets verification, insurance survey and documented according to the policy.
∎ All confidential and important documents and information are under lock and key.
∎ Financial support to Response team given within the scheduled date and time.
∎ Assists to P&C for payroll management
∎ Check all Payroll calculation based on staffs

Additional Requirements:
∎ Understand development Financial issues. Preferred
∎ Competent in the use financial Software SUN. Preferred
∎ Basic knowledge and skills in accounting. Essential
∎ Good time management and organizational skills. Preferred
∎ Basic knowledge and skill of Payroll process. Essential
∎ Ability to speak and write reports in English. Essential
∎ Competent in the use of computer. Essential
∎ Strong knowledge and skills in Finance and Accounting. Essential
∎ Experience Minimum Three year experience in finance and administration. Essential World Vision experience Preferred
∎ Should live in the Response working area and 25% field visit is expected.
∎ This role will work directly with Finance Manager and Finance Sector staff.

Salary: Negotiable
