Responsibilities & Context:
The Management of a reputed Group of Companies looking for Qualified & Dynamic Accounts Officer (Cash & others) of factory for immediate appointment.
Must have sound knowledge about maintaining Petty cash of Garments Factory.
Day to Day Banking Transaction.
Must Prepare & maintain Cash receipts & Payment vouchers, Maintain Journal voucher, Cash Book, Bill Register, Advance Register & proper filing of Utilities bill.
Must have experience in handling Tally-ERP9 Software.
Must have sound knowledge about Salary sheet preparation, OT Calculation, Maternity benefit & Final settlement of workers as per labor law.
