Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Shrimp, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Fisheries, Farming, Livestock, Animal/Plant Breeding, Hatchery, Dairy

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Management
• Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in Accounting

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Shrimp, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Fisheries, Farming, Livestock, Animal/Plant Breeding, Hatchery, Dairy

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Monitoring the day-to-day activities among the team members. 
• To design policies and procedures according to the accounting framework.
• Overall in charge of updating accounts, budget preparation, forecasting, and financial & management reporting. 
• To ensure optimum utilization of funds and cash management through proper cash flow analysis.
• Leading and upgrading team members by providing proper training and counseling.
• To adopt planning and budgeting for agencies and principals. 
• Handling all legal issues relevant to the vessel and agency-related matters. 
• To adopt and maintain the company software system as per company policy. 
• Ensure monthly financial accounting reports (Trial Balance, Income statement, Balance sheet, and statement of cash flows) 
• To supervise and monitor credit realization (Accounts Receivables) within the agreed payment deadlines.
• Deal with the matters related to the customs, port, and tax authorities' implications in the case of local and foreign companies in BD. 
• To ensure reporting on monthly accounts including Trial Balance, P&L, and Balance sheet by the 5th of the following month. 
• To adopt monthly auditing of total accounts and reporting to the management. 
• All other accounting & finance Works as and when required.All License update (As like trade license, fire license & other license).
