∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Minimum 5 years of hands-on accounting experience
∎ Background in clerical/non-software-based accounting systems
∎ Experience in high-volume transaction businesses such as manufacturing, distribution, FMCG, or national companies
∎ Strong command over manual accounting processes
∎ Working knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory
∎ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
∎ Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain and manage manual ledgers and accounting records
∎ Supervise cash transactions, vouchers, and journal entries
∎ Oversee daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation
∎ Perform bank reconciliations and handle monthly closing processes
∎ Prepare and maintain audit files and support external/internal audits
∎ Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and internal controls
∎ Supervise junior accounts staff and coordinate with other departments
∎ Generate periodic financial reports as required by management
∎ About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Account Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a high-volume transaction environment, preferably within a national-level company, and be skilled in traditional accounting methods involving minimal software reliance.
