Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger accounting.
∎ Prepare, review, and diagnose financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.
∎ Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS), tax laws, and other regulations.
∎ Manage the company's cash flow, handling cash receipts, disbursements, and short-term investments.
∎ Implement and maintain inner financial controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data.
∎ Support the design and execution of internal control processes to enhance data integrity.
∎ Oversee accounting systems, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
∎ Disburse petty cash, travel, and other expenses with proper documentation and approval.
∎ Maintain comprehensive documentation for all financial transactions, including bills and vouchers.
∎ Scan, upload, and archive all payment-related documents into the company's cloud-based accounting system. Reconcile daily sales summaries with cash collection to ensure accuracy.
∎ Handle banking and mobile banking transactions as needed, including collecting cash or cheques from clients and sales centers.
∎ Efficiently manage and record daily financial activities in accounting software, including sales, payments, expenses, and employee compensation.
∎ Ensure the master cash book is accurately updated and reconciled daily.
∎ Conduct performance analysis of different projects and revenue centers, providing insights into profitability and cost-efficiency.
∎ Prepare daily Receipts and Payments Statements to track cash flow.
∎ Communicate necessary financial data to management, investors, and regulatory authorities.
∎ Analyze financial data to define trends, opportunities, and zones for improvement to drive better business decisions.

∎ Master's Degree in Accounting, MBA (Accounting), or CMA/CA part qualified preferred.
∎ Minimum eight years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field
∎ Strong knowledge of accounting standards, software, and financial analysis tools
∎ Ability to work with complex data and translate it into actionable insights
∎ Age range: 32-40 years
∎ Salary: Starting from BDT 25,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
