∎ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalent.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Professional qualifications (CA, VAT, TAX, Audit, RJSC) will be an added advantage.

∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive and check financial documents from agents, partners, clients, suppliers and employees on regular basis.
∎ Reconcile Inter-company Accounts on Weekly and Monthly basis & report accordingly.
∎ Perform routine accounting duties within a fast-paced finance department while adhering to established standards.
∎ Work on advance adjustment & report accordingly.
∎ Maintain Company accounts, cash and bank transactions.
∎ Maintain receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement.
∎ Maintain stock record, Trial balance, Profit and Losses account.
∎ Arrange all required documentation regarding bank loan and other official requirements.
∎ Preparing weekly cash flow statements, and controlling expenditure and cash flow.
∎ Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts.
∎ Examining financial records to check for accuracy.
∎ Execute accurate reporting, filing, and database management in multiple systems.
∎ Secure financial information by conducting database backups and maintaining strict confidentiality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years’ work experience in related field within Manpower Recruitment Organization.
∎ Must have comprehensive knowledge of modern financial management, VAT, Tax and desired accounting methods.
∎ Must have strong command over Accounting Software & Microsoft Office.
∎ Good command over English Language or any certification would be an added advantage.
∎ Proficiency in email & verbal communication.
Salary: Negotiable
