∎ Having up-to-date knowledge of VAT, Tax, and dealing with filling the necessary returns on monthly and requirement basis.
∎
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure proper documentation with safe and standard systems like Bill Vouchers, Bank Statement, Agreement, Letter, Notice, corresponding documents, etc.
∎ Maintain daily preliminary vouchers for each & every transaction.
∎ Reconcile the transaction of Cash, Bank, Debtors and creditors etc.
∎ Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly Report and submit to the management
∎ Filing annual company tax return.
∎ Control, analyze, and review budgets and expenditures for Project.
∎ Prepare different reports and provide different Account information as per Supervisor’s needs.
∎ Capable to prepare Financial, cash flow, financial forecasting, balance sheet, budget & budgetary control of the whole accounts of the company efficiently & oversee daily expenditures, vouchers, checking bills, and daily cash transactions.
∎ To prepare financial reports and management reports under accounting and financial MIS. Working capital Management, preparing loan documentation and project Profiles
∎ Prepare all kinds of financial statements & reports that are related with day-to-day business operations and analyze trends every month.
∎ Cash Management, Business Plan & Financial Model Development.
∎ Reporting of actual financial results for the operations department which includes operations, manufacturing, procurement, logistics and facilities
∎ Financial control of all aspects of stock including provisioning and average costing Financial control of all fixed assets in the manufacturing department including tooling Decision support for all aspects of the department aimed at improving overall performance.
