• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Professional certification (e.g., CA, CMA, ACCA) is preferred.

• 6 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Audit Firms /Tax Consultant

• Age 35 to 55 years
• Only Male

• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, managing client accounts, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.

• Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.

• Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and issue resolution.

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable.

• Monitor and reconcile account balances and financial transactions.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

• Monitor spending and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

• Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

• Provide regular updates to senior management on account status and financial performance.

• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, operations) to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.

• Lead or collaborate with the accounting team in closing monthly and annual accounts.

• Support internal and external audits.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.

• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and systems.

• Implement best practices for efficiency and accuracy.

• Monitor financial operations for discrepancies and irregularities.

• Advise on financial risks and mitigation strategies.
